5 Days Murchison Falls and Semliki National Park

These 5 days safari is one of the Short Uganda Safaris which covers only two National parks that is Murchison falls National Park the largest park in Uganda that usually enables visitors to visit Rhino Sanctuary before or After Visiting the Park since its situated in Masindi along the way to the park.

This safari will also enable you to the hot springs in Semliki National Park

Highlights of the Safari.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala – Rhino trekking.

Day 2: Morning Game drive & Afternoon boat cruise in Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 3: Transfer to Semliki National Park for night Game Drive.

Day 4: Nature walks to the hot springs & boat cruise on L. Albert.

Day 5: Return to Kampala and Departures.

Day 1 : Rhino Trekking & Transfer To Murchison National Park

You will wake up very morning have breakfast or have it packed. Your Guide will take you for a morning game drive within the Park to see several animal species especially the big 5. You will see Lions, Elephants , buffaloes, Giraffes , Uganda kob, Antelopes , Zebras and many more.

Your Guide will then take you back to the Lodge for Lunch and Relaxation. Later on , you will be driven to River Nile for an afternoon boat cruise to visit the water falls to visit the water falls to spot a good number of wildlife along the shores such as Crocodiles, hippos, birds etc.

You will then embark on a hike to the top of the Waterfalls which takes about 45 minutes but not easy for unfit hikers since its a steep hike from the bottom of the top of the falls. After this, your guide will take you back to your Lodge for dinner and Over night.

Day 3 : Transfer To Semliki National Park For Night Game Drive.

You will wake up early morning have breakfast , check out of the Lodge and then head to Semliki National park found in Bundibugyo at the foothill of Rwenzori Ranges thats famous for both female and Male hotsprings. You will have lunch on your way to the Park. Check into your lodge , relax and Later in the Night go for a Night Game drive to see several nocturnal species .

Day 3 : Nature Walks To Visit Hotsprings - Boat Cruise On Lake Albert.

After breakfast, you will be given a local guide to take you for a nature walk via hot spring trails to visit the hot springs.

You will be excited to see eggs boil in the hot springs and be ready for Consumption. Here water forces itself out of an 8m diameter and falling unto a rock that boils it to above 100°C.

After this experience, you will return back to the Lodge for a lunch break and embark on a boat cruise experience later on along the Lake Albert to see other exciting wildlife like the Shoebill stork. You will then head back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 : Transfer To Kampala.

After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel or lodge, meet your driver for a transfer from Semliki National Park to Kampala with lunch along the way. Upon reaching Kampala you will be dropped at your hotel or Airport for your connecting Flight back home.
